Where is my order? All orders are assigned a tracking number once payment is received. Please contact us if you have not received your tracking number. Be sure to include your name as listed for the shipping information with your order number and date of purchase.
My order was shipped and delivered but I did not receive my order? Please contact the postal service customer service that delivered the order. We are not responsible for orders that were delivered and not received. We suggest to provide a sign upon delivery option if you are not receiving orders that are showing delivered.
My order was delivered but the products are damaged? Please contact us with your name as listed on shipping label, order number and pictures of the products damaged. We are not responsible for damage caused by the postal delivery service such as damage to the box. Please contact the postal delivery customer service.
